French 75
(Serves two) This Champagne-topped sour is appropriately named after a field gun from World War I. Oh and did we mention that in New Orleans we prefer them with brandy instead of gin? Our elevated version uses Martell Cordon Bleu Cognac and half bottle of Champagne to accompany it. TARLANT ZÉRO BRUT NATURE Marne, NV
$150
-
Tequila La Louisiane
An updated take on the house cocktail of the gone, but not forgotten Restaurant de la Louisiane. We’ve always thought of this cocktail as a delightful hedge between a Sazerac and Vieux Carré.
$28
-
Farm-Fresh Ramos Gin Fizz
World famous for its pillowy texture and heavenly taste, the New Orleans Fizz, which would eventually take on the name of its popularizer, Henry C. Ramos is a drink like no other. Our over the top version combines Black Forest Gin, orange blossom water, a blend of fresh citrus with sweet cream from a local dairy and farm eggs.
$34
Cocktails
Classic & Modern-
All Saints Spritz
The century-old Chrysanthemum is a bit of an obscure cocktail. But, what it lacks in name recognition it more than makes up for in flavor and complexity. We decided to revamp this French-inspired classic by lifting it's base of Benedictine and fortified wine with bubbles and a touch of citrus.
$13
-
Pimm's Cup
The iconic low-proof English summer Highball was co-opted by New Orleanians many years ago, because we are subjected to 5 months of summer every year. Our version features Pimm’s No.1 and a refreshing cucumber-lemon shrub.
$13
-
Saint Charles Punch
The house Punch of the famed St. Charles Hotel was first published in 1862. This timeless blend of cognac, port and lemon has been pleasing palates for over a century and a half for a reason.
$14
-
Aged French 75
Our version uses barrel-rested gin for those who love the complexity of gin and the beautiful barrel notes of an aged spirit is this sparkling-topped Sour.
$17
-
Lion's Tail Highball
As a lighter version of a classic Lion’s Tail, this Highball transforms the cold weather standby into a citrus-forward, refreshing choice. Bourbon and allspice dram have always been a favorite fall combination.
$13
-
Mario's Sour
As the days get shorter, we find this bright, surprising cocktail lifts our spirits. In this gin- based egg white Sour, ginger liqueur plays with the flavors of rose, cucumber, nutmeg, and anise in a way we never saw coming.
$17
-
Far From The Tree
Inspired by the classic Brandy Crusta, the balanced tones of spice and crisp apple envelop the senses with the feeling of autumn. Applejack brandy and Jamaican rum lay the foundation for this seasonal variation. (Available Hot)
$16
-
Dauphine's Martini
The Martini has devotees across the world with almost as many ways to make it as there are people that enjoy it. Our house version is scented with anise, has a healthy dose of aromatized wines, and enough Navy Strength Gin that you won’t forget you’re drinking a cocktail.
$18
-
Hurricane
Arguably the most infamous Tropical Fruit Sour in New Orleans (and maybe the world). Our version is based on Cane & Table’s historical reproduction of the elusive Fassionola syrup and we think you’ll agree it’s a revelation. (Available Hot)
$16
-
Tommy's Punch
This ice-cold concoction features aged tequila with a touch of mezcal, citrus, and spice. Inspired by two of our favorite cocktails, the Planter’s Punch and Tommy’s Margarita, we hope you enjoy this mashup as much as we do.
$15
-
Alpine Apothecary
This amaro-forward spin on a Vieux Carre leans on flavors of clove, cola, dried fruit, and bitter bark. Rye whiskey and apple brandy provide the perfect balance of warm spices and welcoming flavors.
$16
-
Sazerac
In New Orleans we never let the truth get in the way of a good story and our famed version of the Improved Whiskey Cocktail is no different. While its former title of first cocktail ever recorded has long been dismissed, the hold that rye whiskey, absinthe, Peychaud’s bitters and lemon peel has on our imagination has never waned.

Hot Pimm's Toddy
Everything cold is warm. There is nothing better on a hot day than a cold Pimm's Cup, but the opposite could also be true, right?

All Saints Spritz

Pimm's Cup
The iconic low-proof English summer Highball was co-opted by New Orleanians many years ago, because we are subjected to 5 months of summer every year. Our version features Pimm’s No.1 and a refreshing cucumber-lemon shrub.
