Guest Relations & Event Manager

An Arlington, VA native, Courtney spent part of her childhood in North Carolina eventually attending East Carolina University. As a ballet dancer for 15 years, Courtney has a passion for being on stage and easily navigates the showmanship at the core of great hospitality.  

After a well-founded career in luxury and fine dining, most recently with Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants, she has joined our team at Dauphines D.C. as our Guest Relations Manager. Her award-winning guest relations skills and attention to detail flow in perfect harmony with our commitment to provide a world class experience. When she's not focused on helping our guests, she enjoys being one, and can often be found dining at all of the wonderful restaurants our area has to offer. As a member of the Washington Area Concierge Association, she works with other hospitality professionals in the city to deliver excellent service to local hotels and businesses. She is a die-hard Washington Capitals fan, and can be found in the stands or at home cheering louder than most, in red and white face paint with her beagle named Francesca.
