Natalie Van Fleet

General Manager

Natalie Van Fleet is the General Manager at Dauphine’s, a New Orleans-inspired restaurant located in Washington, D.C. Raised in Morristown, NJ, Van Fleet graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from The Hart School of Hospitality, Sports, and Recreation Management from James Madison University in May 2016. During her time in school, Van Fleet quickly fell in love with the food and beverage industry, and expanded her knowledge through wine tasting classes and cooking labs, while also working as a host and server at local establishments in Harrisonburg, VA.

Upon graduating, Van Fleet joined the Hillstone Restaurant Group in June 2016 as Manager, where she worked at several restaurants across the country, including in Arizona, California, Florida, and Texas. In 2019, Van Fleet found her way back to the esteemed Star Restaurant Group, where she previously had interned in college, working as Assistant General Manager at doi moi in Washington, D.C.

Previously familiar with Long Shot Hospitality’s popular concept, The Salt Line, Van Fleet joined the Dauphine’s team in August 2021. In this role, Van Fleet is passionate about the customer experience, putting her effort towards making personal connections with guests. As a leader in the restaurant, she continues to improve her expertise by staying curious, and takes pride in working alongside seasoned professionals and other strong female leaders in the industry.
