From Long Shot Hospitality, the team behind Washington, D.C.’s beloved restaurant, The Salt Line, Dauphine’s creates a transportive experience inspired by the playful city of New Orleans. Led by Chef Douglas Alexander in tandem with Chef/Partner Kyle Bailey, Dauphine’s utilizes Mid-Atlantic ingredients to prepare classic New Orleans fare while also creating original dishes inspired by the iconic city.
